Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burak Sercan Erçin

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burak Sercan Erçin is an internationally trained specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery with a strong academic background. He completed his medical education at Ege University in 2010 and earned his specialization from the same institution in 2017. To further refine his expertise, he completed advanced fellowships at the University of South Florida (USA) and worked alongside the renowned Dr. Pedro Cavadas in Spain. Since 2021, he has been serving as a faculty member at Bahçeşehir University, contributing to both clinical education and surgical practice.

Dr. Erçin provides patient-specific treatment plans with a dual focus on complex reconstructive microsurgery and high-standard aesthetic procedures. His primary clinical interests include breast reconstruction and aesthetics, facial and body contouring, hand surgery, and craniomaxillofacial surgery. His philosophy combines the precision of microsurgery with aesthetic artistry, prioritizing functional preservation and natural-looking results. He is dedicated to applying advanced global techniques learned during his time in the USA and Europe to his patients in Turkey.

Distinguished by his European Board Certification (EBOPRAS) obtained in 2018, Dr. Erçin maintains a commitment to international standards of care. After gaining significant experience as a Clinical Fellow in Valencia and working in the private sector, he currently practices at Pendik Medical Park in Istanbul. Here, he offers a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring rigorous medical safety and high levels of patient satisfaction in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries.
