Dr. Işıl Akgün Demir

Dr. Işıl Akgün Demir is an internationally trained specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery with a strong academic background. She completed her medical education at Marmara University in 2012 and earned her specialization from the University of Health Sciences in 2019. To further refine her expertise, she completed advanced fellowships at Harvard Medical School (USA) and worked alongside leading experts at the renowned Akademikliniken in Sweden. Since 2021, she has been serving as the Head of the Plastic Surgery Department at Atlas University, contributing to both clinical education and surgical practice.

Dr. Demir provides patient-specific treatment plans with a primary focus on advanced breast aesthetics, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation. Her clinical philosophy prioritizes safety, preservation of function, and natural, balanced outcomes tailored to each patient’s anatomy and expectations.
